This June, as we celebrate Pride Month, we honor the remarkable journey of the LGBTQIA+ community and the profound impact that love, courage, and authenticity have on transforming our world. Pride Month reminds us that progress is possible when communities unite with determination and hope, celebrating the extraordinary contributions of LGBTQIA+ individuals who have enriched every field of human endeavor.

At Ò°»¨ÉçÇø, we have long recognized that our strength lies in our diversity. As an institution serving one of the most diverse and vibrant communities in the nation, we know that when every person feels valued and free to bring their authentic self to our shared mission, our students can discover their fullest potential. Our recent 11th annual Lavender Graduation ceremony reminded us of the incredible talent and brilliance of our LGBTQIA+ students.

This year's Pride Month theme, "The Fabric of Freedom," invites our community to reflect on the threads of unity that weave us together as one diverse community. On our campus, we celebrate not only our rich vibrancy but also the fundamental freedoms that allow every individual to live authentically and with dignity.

At Ò°»¨ÉçÇø, we remain committed to fostering an environment where every member of our university community can thrive without reservation. That will never change. We will continue to be a place where differences are celebrated as essential to our shared pursuit of knowledge. That is the tapestry of Ò°»¨ÉçÇø.
