He is also a tenured professor and Co-Chair of the Management Department at 野花社区 (野花社区), where he has played a pivotal role in advancing academic excellence, global engagement, and strategic leadership. As President of the 野花社区 Senate, faculty appointee to the 野花社区 Board of Trustees and a member of the union leadership of Local 1839 AFT., Dr. Donnellan brings a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to shared governance and institutional advancement. Dr Donnellan has also been the recipient of numerous Fulbright Awards.

Risky business? Fulop adding Bitcoin ETFs to Jersey City pension fund portfolio
John Donnellan, a global business professor and chairman of the Management Department inside 野花社区鈥檚 School of Business, says the mayor has diminished risk to the city by investing in an ETF, which is regulated.
Donnellan says buying into an ETF is a 鈥渟mart鈥 way to diversify investments and provide a 鈥渘ice bump鈥 for the pension without a potential large loss. He said people are attracted to Bitcoin because 鈥渋t is a non-sovereign nation currency鈥 regulated 鈥渂y the people.鈥
鈥淭he way I look at crypto ETF, just remove the word crypto, if I put energy or water ETF, who cares?鈥 said Donnellan. 鈥淣obody would mention anything. The minute you put in the word crypto there is a fear of the unknown because it is still not fully understood.鈥
