Becky Wai-Ling Packard, Mary E. Woolley professor of psychology and education, has been recognized as a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
Mara Benjamin, Irene Kaplan Leiwant Professor of Jewish Studies at Ӱ̳ College, has been named as part of the class of 2024 Guggenheim Fellows. Benjamin is one of 188 distinguished and diverse fellows of culture creators named.
Ӱ̳ College student Ana Maria Stan ’24 has been selected by Middlebury College as a recipient of the “Projects for Peace” grant program. Stan will work alongside Romanian educational non-profit Volo Studere to assist Ukrainian refugees.
Ӱ̳ College’s Western riding team will be going to the Nationals for the first time in its 16-year history.
Ӱ̳ College held its annual Faculty Awards Ceremony and celebrated five faculty members for their teaching, research and service.

Morena Svaldi, Senior Lecturer in Italian, is awarded the Ӱ̳ College Faculty Award for Teaching.
Patricia Banks, Professor of Sociology, is awarded the Meribeth E. Cameron Faculty Award for Scholarship.
Patty Rodriguez Brennan, Associate Professor of Biological Sciences, is awarded the Meribeth E. Cameron Faculty Award for Scholarship.
