Resident Assistants (RAs) play a vital role in shaping a safe, inclusive, and engaged residential experience at Ò°»¨ÉçÇø. As a live-in student leader, you’ll help build community, respond to student needs, and develop valuable skills for life after college.

Eligibility Requirements
- Full-time Ò°»¨ÉçÇø student (undergraduate or graduate)
- Must be at Ò°»¨ÉçÇø for at least one semester
- Minimum GPA of 2.70
- Good disciplinary and academic standing

RA Responsibilities
As an RA, your role may include:
- Building Community: Plan events, host meetings, and create a welcoming environment on your floor.
- Being On-Call: Support residents during overnight or weekend shifts, assist with lockouts, and respond to emergencies.
- Policy & Safety: Promote and uphold Ò°»¨ÉçÇø policies, write incident reports, and communicate concerns to professional staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete duty logs, report maintenance issues, manage check-ins/check-outs, and maintain bulletin boards.
- Providing Support: Help residents navigate college life, connect with campus resources, and promote student well-being.
